I'm 34 wife and mother of 5. I'm 5 feet and 295 pounds yes I did say 295 pounds. I have been a couch potato for the last 6 years. I have been a food lover for as long as I can remember. My body has finally had enough and I'm ready to get this weight lost journey going. My husband does not want me to get stomach surgery because of previous complications. So I'm trying to do it the right way naturally. I'm looking for tips and most of all real people who can relate to my struggles. I'm a emotional eater when I get stress I run straight to the food

welcome to mfp
i would set yourself mini goals rather than think about the overall end figure
track everything you eat and dont deprive yourself of anything
good luck, you can do it0
