Hi there! I'm Dawn. I'm 27years old and as of this morning - the day after Christmas - I stepped on the scale. It creaked and violently protested my use of it before spitting out an ugly 343 pound message.
I have A LOT of weight to lose. And I need supportive friends to travel on this journey with me.

    Good luck to you both! I'm sure that once you get used to using MFP you will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly the lbs start falling off!
