Eats good but likes beer

I eat pretty healthy but I also really like my beer. What is the best way to slow down on this habit.

Me too I'm I use to drink we'd thru Sunday. Now it's been Thursday thru Saturday but now I'm trying to just stick to Friday and Saturday lol0

I split beers with my husband now, and alternate with seltzer. That way if we split 2 beers it's really just 1. Also, I'm a hop head, so I find that splitting 2 really flavorful/hoppy beers is satisfying.0

Switch to light beer. Natural Light is the lowest calorie beer I've found. Michelob Ultra is less, but it's more expensive. Also, water in between beers helps. Good luck!0

Keeping in mind that I have a one bottle max due to a low tolerance level, my opinion is that, if I wanted to, I could fit it in daily while losing weight. And I drink regular beer (Guinness or a porter), not light beer. I would think that most men could do the same or could fit in 2-3 bottles 2-3 times a week.0

I drink Busch light which is only 95 calories per can but it seems like once I drink one I can't stop. I am gonna try and only drink one day a week. Now I like going out after work and having a few.0

I drink Coors light each night...only one! The beer is planned each night.0
