Hi everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Allison and I live in Canada. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 15 years ago but this condition makes it near impossible to lose weight. I joined this site to help me make healthier food choices and I have joined the gym. I hope within the year I will be in a more healthier state.
I'm hoping to make some friends to help me along the way. Everyone can always use some support. I have a great family/friend support group, so I'm hoping to get the same on this.
