My name is Tiffany and I'm looking to lose 70 lbs. When I first came up with that number it sound so unreachable to me. I know I need to change that way of thinking if I want to get through this journey successfully. So vow to take it one day at a time and do my absolute best...failure is not an option.

70 pounds is SO doable, you are gonna do great! Taking it one day at a time is a great approach! I have now lost 62 pounds and I'm within 15 pounds from my original goal. It's taken a long time, but it's been so worth it. I've changed my lifestyle and even gotten my family on board. My husband has lost over 20 pounds and we work out together daily. My 16 year old runs with us 3 days a week. My 23 year old will sometimes work out with us (as long as it isn't running, LOL) and she has completely revamped her diet.
