Would like some shift work friends to get started. Just getting started with this app, I am a cancer survivor, father of six kids so not a lot of time to go to the gym. Thanks.

I'm not a 12 hour rotating shift worker, but wanted to say congratulations on surviving cancer, and wow on the kids.
Some things that worked for me to get a little more movement into my day was parking a little farther away at work, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, making it a priority to get up and walk for 5 minutes each hour - even if that just meant pacing at my desk while I thought through some problem or other. You can also google 'body weight exercises' and come back with a list of quick and easy ways to get some light lifting exercises in at the office.0 -
I work 12 hour shifts as an ER nurse. Sometimes I work 7a-7p, sometimes 7p-7a, sometimes 11a-11p. Sometimes it's 3 days a week, sometimes none. This definitely throws me off. Feel free to add me!0
