Recent heart transplant

I had a recent heart transplant and I am new to fitness and healthy eating. Anyone around looking for someone to chat with so we can keep each other on target, let me know. Putting together a support system since my local friends and family have no intention of changing their habits... Just looking for like minded people to chat with from time to time!!!
