The only time I could exercise is at night. I can't eat before so I'll eat dinner after, sometimes after 10:00 pm. And then I go to bed full and ugh. I'm totally within my calories for the day but I don't feel good about it.
Any suggestions?

Are you eating too heavy of a dinner and feeling sick when you go to bed? Have you tried having a snack before you exercise to see if you'll eat less after?
Meal timing doesn't matter for weight loss if that's something you're worrying about

Nothing's wrong with a night workout but I would say eat your heavier foods earlier and make your dinner light in carbs. It will help you sleep better and not feel so bloated. That's what I do.0
