100 Day Commitment?

Anyone want to jump on my 100 day challenge?

No fancy rules, just log everyday and do some sort of exercise for 100 days, even if all you can fit in is a couple of jumping jacks or squats.

It's just a commitment to yourself. Any takers?

If it seems like people are interested, I'll create a group and put the link below.

I journal every day and I suppose it would be cool to add a couple of those things in the group to keep each other accountable :)

No special start date. We'll support your start day. I personally am on my day 6. So I am 6% of the way through my commitment.
