Happy Holidays everyone. I am almost 4months pregnant and really would like to maintain as MUCH as I can during the pregnancy. I am a pretty healthy eater and have maintained my working out (as much as possible). Any advice for a healthy lifestyle while pregnant would be GREAT! Thank you in advance! Happy New Year!

Walk a lot. It's great for you and for baby. I use a Fitbit to track my steps and aim for 11500 steps/day, which is 10k + the roughly 15% estimated over counted "steps" because my Fitbit is the wristband kind.
I walked a ton during my first pregnancy and it kept the swelling down. Also, despite gaining nearly 50lbs I lost it all quickly and more than 25lbs came off the day my healthy 10lb son was born.
My midwife advises that expecting mamas weigh themselves when labor begins so you can see how much is lost during childbirth. It's amazing how much extra fluid we're carrying!0
