Returning lost member - help!

Hi all,
As title suggests I used to successfully use mfp and lost 2.5 stone before my wedding in 2013. However, another kid ad lack of motivation means I've put a stone of that back on.

Looking for people to help motivate me - and I will do the same. I tend to follow the 'eat well but don't deny too much' philosophy and do intensive gym weight / cardio and compound circuits as exercise.

    I used to just go to the gym and do the treadmill and elliptical for X Amount of minutes. I hired a personal trainer for 6 weeks. Wow, that guy taught me stuff about exercise! Ha.
