Great start!

Today was a great day .. the start of more to come! In a 2 year funk of bad eating and not exercising I feel I'm leaving that behind me and getting myself back! I have 200 more calories to spare which I'll plan on having a low calorie shake after my late night workout.
Today was the first day of the rest of my life!
But don't hold me completely to that I intend on having my just deserved dessert when justified

    Thats awesome!!! I am on my second day of healthy eating and excersing. I am determined to get to my goal and continue a healthy lifestyle :)

    Don't forget to get enough sleep. Don't let that late night workout interfere.
    Shake? If you are caffeine sensitive, make sure it's not chocolate. It keeps me awake.
