Hey guys! I have a question. . . I hit my workout extra hard yesterday. It hurts to walk! Should I still work out today, or will that damage the muscles?

Whenever this happens to me my more experienced work out-loving friends tell me its important to give your body a break so relax tomorrow or work out another part of your body. Good luck!0

Sometimes a really light workout like an easy stretch session or walk can warm up your muscles and you recover faster.0

ALWAYS remember to stretch before and especially after each workout... makes the "next day pain" less, or event absent.0

Do something light to help work the lactic acid out of your muscles. take a walk and then stretch gently or go for a swim and then stretch. Drink tons & tons of water too, that will help flush the lactic acid out.0

Workout today but use different muscles...0
