Hi All,

I've always been battling with my weight. Not huge amounts, but 6 months ago I broke my ankle and I gain 10 KG during my recovery!!

Slim fast? The shake? Get a protein powder instead.

Did I miss a question in there somewhere?

Good luck on your journey, gimmicks like Slim Fast are not necessary.

Protein powder is good start. Slim Fast is designed to be a meal (albeit a poor one).

OP - if this post is about Slim Fast shakes....don't bother. A pretty fair percentage of the calories are sugar. These are not very filling. You would do better with a smoothie (protein powder + fat + fiber).

I don't know man, you are using a Gregorian calendar and metric weight. Please switch to the French Republican Calendar or pounds or stones so we know what you are talking about.

    1 kilo is 2.205 so it's 22.05 pounds.

I think only in Uk you use stones so you better get a converter!
