Great Weight Loss Week 1 then nothing Week 2

I love this new program, I lost 4 lbs. week 1 and then 3 lbs week 2. My husband lost 8 lbs week 1 then nothing week 2, he's frustrated and I don't blame him. I just don't want him to give up on this.

    myfitnesspal, sorry i should have been more clear.
    I'm doing 1400 calories and he is doing 1500 calories.

    That is SO normal. Because he lost so much weight the first week, his body is catching up to the weight loss. If he can get thru this next week, without being too discouraged (and binge eating which was often the case with me), he should start to see a more normal weight loss amount (1-2 lbs per week) in the weeks to come! Keep up the good work!

  • Well he didn't give up, he's lost 21 lbs and I've lost 19, 40 lbs. less between us!
