Hi! I'm Nicole and I had a baby in October! I'd like to initially lose 15lbs that I'm still lugging around from baby! Then set another goal.. Starting small bc if not I'll get too overwhelmed

If I may, I would recommend the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. It's a book and guide by JJ Smith. The smoothies cleanse your body of backed up weight and toxins. It really works! I tried it in June of this year and lost 19 pounds in just 10 days. I plan on restarting a modidied cleanse tomorrow so I can start the New Year with a new, healthier ME!

Hi Nicole! I sent you a friend request - my daughter was born in July and I'm also looking to shed those pregnancy pounds, but I had gained quite a bit in the seven months between my marriage and finding out I was pregnant, so I didn't start from a healthy weight. I'm aiming to lose 60lbs, because I know that will get me to a point where my movements are more comfortable.
Years back, I managed to shed 70lbs just by changing a lot of my habits, so I know I can do it again if I just set my mind to it and remain focused on my goal.0 -
