Been through a bad divorce. I need to lose about 80 pounds. I decided to start tracking what I eat. It seems to help. It would be nice to chat with people who are going through the same struggle.

    Best way to stay dedicated is obviously be true to yourself. Track everything.

    Add some active friends on the app to keep you competitive with yourself.

    This isn't s new year resolution, it's a new life journey.

    Do it.
