Hi there,
I just started to work out again and I'm really hoping to finally be at that point where I'm not going to give up on myself anymore. I always seem to start and then a week goes by and I stop because I feel no different and nothing changed. I hate that I do that to myself and I know that change isn't going to happen over night. I'm tired of quitting and I want to feel and look better for myself but need that extra push... Anyone have and good suggestion that help them keep going and keep the motivation alive?!

Always think of the end goal in your head and how great you'll feel and look
When you have that vision it motivates you to work towards it
Everyone has bad days don't beat yourself up over it. Get back up and start fresh again everyday is a new opportunity0 -
I get it. Try doing a day count, it has worked for me in the past. Count each day in the morning and at night for how many days on track you have been. Today is day 0 for me! In the morning I will say this is day1. At night I will say I made it thru 1 day. And so on...0

Start enjoying the process and stop thinking about the result or the product.0

Since this is a change for the rest of your life, there's no rush. Once you get in a healthier relationship with food, and have months (years?) of staying at an appropriate calorie count, it will become much easier. The first few weeks to months can be tough. The first Halloween to New Years can derail many. This is a marathon, not a sprint. A week is a blink of an eye, but is also the first week of the beginning of the rest of your life.0

Think about where you are and how you never want to be in that place again. Think about how it has held you back and decide to not let it control your life or your happiness ever again. Resolve to take control and keep control and keep pushing. I wish you all the best of luck!0
