Cliché I know…. But I am restarting on January 1st. I’m tracking my calories as I do the 21 day fix plan. Come join me on the 21 day fix board if you are interested in supporting each other on this plan. Each day will be a new day to live a better, healthier life. We got this!

Please don't waste your money on the 21 day fix. All you are paying for is colour coded tupperware and exercise videos. Anything it is offering, you can do for free. I'd suggest any plan you are considering doing you should search on this site first, you'll find a wealth of people who have already done the plan who know what they're talking about.

What happens after the 21 days? The people who lose weight AND keep it off long term are almost always the ones who make lifestyle changes. By creating a plan now that you can still stick with 3 months, or even 3 years, down the line, you're more likely to keep the weight off. The 21 day plan isn't sustainable in the long run as it wont teach you good habits.

As you're both on MFP you likely already know what you need to do to lose weight and get fit/healthy. Just eat less calories than you burn and exercise. It's really not any more complicated than that, and it's FREE.

Why not start today? Nothing wrong with starting on 31/12/15 - and not paying for silly schemes.
