What are your personal short term goals / challenges?

I set up a few goals / challenges for myself in June and I am thinking ahead to July.

My June goals / challenges are...
1) Bike 30 Miles
2) Exercise 1800 minutes (60 minutes a day average)
3) Lose ~6 pounds

What are some of your short term goals or challenges?

    Progress on track with c25k
    Bike 10km every saturday
    Have 1 Zumba class a week

    My personal goals for June/July
    * loose two inches off my hips/waist
    * Finish 30 day shred
    * 45 minutes of elliptical daily

    *goal for june/early july- to be down 9 lbs from my starting weight
    *to get the hang of this eating right thing! lots of days I end up hungry because I'm not portioning my calories right! EEP!
    *to even out my exercise routine- some days I find that I push myself too hard which is not good for me!

    My current stg is to get to 198 by 7/8. We're going home to visit my family for a while and every other time I've started losing weight, going home has destroyed it. I'm hoping that if I'm under 200 lbs (which I haven't been in at LEAST 10 years), I won't want to eat all the delicious but totally unhealthy food my parents cook.

    There's a huge hill coming into the complex where I live and I want to be able to run all the way to the top without stopping. I almost got there on Sunday. I think it'll happen this weekend.

    Work up the nerve to buy new underwear.

    Finish the last 10 days of 30DS
    Finally hit ONEDERLAND (5.6lbs away)
    Run at least 50 miles
    Start Ripped in 30!

    1) Drop a couple more lbs
    2) BQ at SF marathon (3:30 or better)
