I really need help with exercise and motivation. I need to lose 60 pounds.

Eat in a moderate calorie deficit, let science do the rest. Exercise is great for health, but it isn't actually required to lose weight.0

Swimming, walking, certain ellipticals might help if you're looking for something a little more challenging, but it might not be as hard on your body as running on a treadmill. I don't have RA, but I do have some joint issues and injuries I try to work around. I'll try to do a different kind of cardio every day to give my joints a break and some time to recover. Maybe try a bike or something also.0
