When you're not running what other workouts are you doing?

I do Hatha yoga. I really should lift as well but haven't got around to starting a programme.0

P90X3, its a 30 minute high intensity interval work out.0

Cycling
You can get a pretty intense workout riding hard0 -
Spinning and swimming here - I find I can't run day after day as it's too much for my joints.0

Kettebells, elliptical, rowing, swimming, walking, other resistance training (some barbell & dumbbell exercises).0

Strong kifts0

Stationary bike, mostly. Good time to catch up on some TV.0

Usually when I'm training as a runner, it's just running 7 days a week with maybe 1-2 days a week in the gym for some lifting. Occasionally I'll take a monday off completely or cross train with a very easy ride on the bike.0

when I was training for my half- I did 2 days lifting- and 4 days running.0

Fitness Blender. So lots of resistance and cardio work. I haven't run for a few weeks now as I'm really enjoying my other work outs so much at the moment!0

I do Cycling/spinning, a boot camp class, weight lifting class, Calisthenics and yoga.0

I'm looking at starting spinning shortly, also use the weights at the gym on non-running days.0

I'm here also. Not running again until it stays light after work, until 5:30 P.M. Don't like running in the dark. Can't see, can't be seen.0 -
Biking, swimming, weights, pilates.0

Kettle bells for me, as a strength training addition0

Barre classes 5 or 6 days a week- really helping me build a stronger core and glutes, also forces me to stretch (I get really lazy about stretching after runs!)0
