    Spinning and swimming here - I find I can't run day after day as it's too much for my joints.

    Usually when I'm training as a runner, it's just running 7 days a week with maybe 1-2 days a week in the gym for some lifting. Occasionally I'll take a monday off completely or cross train with a very easy ride on the bike.

    Fitness Blender. So lots of resistance and cardio work. I haven't run for a few weeks now as I'm really enjoying my other work outs so much at the moment!

    I'm here also. Not running again until it stays light after work, until 5:30 P.M. Don't like running in the dark. Can't see, can't be seen.

    Barre classes 5 or 6 days a week- really helping me build a stronger core and glutes, also forces me to stretch (I get really lazy about stretching after runs!)
