hi everyone

Hi everyone a bit new to this, I have been on here before but never stuck at it so I am looking for some good advice, support, recipes.....anything that might help me stick to a healthy eating diet and lose weight!! Many thanks for any responses :)

    Welcome back. Most everyone "starts" a few times so don't sweat it.

    Welcome back! Sometimes big changes scare us off. Try small changes that are easier to stick to. Sometimes that's switching from soda to flavored water or logging one meal a day for a week and then two the next until you have logging down. Little by little a little becomes a lot!
  • Thanks :) logging has seemed a little tedious in the past so may try doing that gradually
