This year I have so much determination to get rid of this weight, especially after being really naughty this Christmas! I feel so guilty.
If anyone has any good diet tips or recipes they wanna share in order to motivate each other to get fit for 2016 put them here!!
All the best for the new year! X

Or, if you want the short version. Put your stats into MFP and log your food accurately to eat at a deficit (accurately means with a scale, not guessing).0 -
eat less, move more0

Stop giving food the power to make you feel guilty. That's step #1.0

Yeah, stop associating guilt with food. Just log what you eat, try to eat to the goal MFP gives you and you'll get there!0

I gained 6 pounds over the holidays. I don't feel one bit guilty. It was all delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Got right back to work on Monday. Already down 2 pounds. Just keep on keepin on until Easter.

I know for a fact that I gained over the holidays but I do not feel guilty, it was worth eating and enjoying myself, life is too short. I can feel my bottom rolling when I walk, and I know for a fact all that is fat that should be gone once I get my act together come January 1st.
I have already worked out my macros for the New Year, just have one more day to eat like this, then its onto the hard stuff - exercising and eating at a deficit.0
