Hey all! I'm a college student and a soon to be dental student, who is currently returning to myfitnesspal and hoping to stay comitted to it for the next 12 months at least. I'm a positive and driven guy, and I enjoy both motivating others and receiving motivation from others. That being said, add me if you would like to share food diaries and/or motivation. Thanks!

I am bound and determined this time. I did it once before (losing 150 pounds) and want to do it PERMANENTLY this time! Feel free to add me if you want someone who will encourage you, stumble with you, eat food that isn't "good" for you, etc.0

I log everyday, apart from last week or so.... Festive cheer doesn't like to be recorded ;-) getting back in the horse in early Jan with a commitment to lose a bit and increase fitness.

Hey I'm so glad I found this, it's funny, just today I was thinking it would be nice to have some support from someone who use fitness pal as much as I do. I'm a college student as well and I'm trying to get fit. I've lost 21 lbs so far and my goal is to lose another 30. Iv'e recommended it to all of my friends and they all complain it's too much work .
