Meals

I wish we could get a meal 1,2,3,4, etc when trying to log out food. I've not been to a dietitian yet who doesn't have me eating 6-10 meals a day. It sucks trying to squeeze them all in. Any suggestions???

Yea... Eat bigger meals less often.

If your not hungry in between then why do you need so many meals? I think this 6 meals a day thing is the newest trend to combat against people feeling hunger all day and splurging or bingeing. I eat 2-4 times a day and do just fine.

The amount of meals per day is purely a preference thing unless you are an elite level performance athlete.

But to answer your question, you can alter the meal slots, and have 6 named whatever you like if that's what works for you. Just go to my home > settings and scroll down to the meal names section.

You can customize your Meal slots by adding two additional, for a total of six Meal slots, and changing their names. If you change the Meal slot names, the foods you already added to existing Meal slots don't get shuffled around (they stay in their original Meal slot), but any new items get added to what you have renamed them.

I sometimes work 24 ours strait and repeat my meal cycle twice. Sometimes my day last 10-16 hours. I appreciate the feedback, thanks!

I always eat more than four times per day. It usually looks like I ate a really, really huge snack. I don't think it really matters what food is logged under which meal. Plus, if I eat something at 4 and something at 8, which is dinner and which is the snack? Lol
