Here I am again!

I'm Cathy & I'm looking to lose 50 pounds. After that, I will make a new goal. Newly diagnosed diabetic, I started using this yesterday. On New Year's Eve, I am joining a gym. I know I will stumble & fall, sometimes, but I know I can get up & get back on track. It's my life. I want to live & live it.

    Welcome Cathy! I gained 99 pounds on medicine so now I'm trying to lose it after getting off the meds. I was also diagnosed as a diabetic. I've lost 45 pounds since August and I'm now in the middle of the pre-diabetic range. My doctor believes that if I continue to diet, exercise and lose weight that I'll be back in the normal range. I wish you luck and I hope you get the same results.

    Welcome...I was where you are when I started here. Getting dx'd with Type 2 caused me to find MFP. Set small goals, one day, one pound, one step at a time. It is do able. Stick with it, use your food scale, log religiously & you will see results.

    You should be able to find it under APPS, tickers...then can customize it to your liking.
