Here I am restarting again. I'm mom of a three year old, a nurse, and I work lots of hours. I can use some friends and motivation.

    I'm not necessarily the best motivator but I can listen! I am the mom of 5 children (18, 13, 10, 5 and 4) and I am a nurse and I work TONS. I am really struggling to take better care of myself!

    Hi there! Feel free to add me! I have lost over 110 lbs, kept the majority off over 14 years. Been a weight watchers follower for over 14 years but love MFP and this is the only tracking I do now. Good luck! One day at a time it's not a race but a journey.
