Hi everyone. I'm Tabitha, and I've struggled with my weight my whole life. Right now I am at my heaviest, and I am tired of being the biggest one in the room. I know that I can do better than this, I can be better, and I am looking to start those improvements now.

I actually lost 30lbs a year ago but then gained it all back again when my craft business hit busy season and I took less time for myself. Stopped working out and went back to convenience foods.

I know that I can do this, and I would love some mfp friends to help and support along the way, so add me if you would like, and lets do this together!
