    Is this the free year long training plan they are giving out?

    I have my own OCR coach that gives me personalized workouts. But, I'd love to follow your progress and answer any Spartan related questions you might have! I assume you are from Boston. I have the Sprint on my schedule and the Super is most likely happening....still waiting to finalize my Aug and Sept race schedule.
