What are your New Years resolutions ? Mine is to be more healthier, more happier, more positive , more successful person and to make people around me happy :)

    I don't do resolutions, but my challenge for 2016 is to run 500 miles.

    That is a graet challenge! Wish you luck ! My goal is also to do ultra this year and to improve my marathon time from last (which was 3:54) to 3:30.

    2015 was a good year health-wise for the most part, so my goal is to lose the last few stubborn pounds and work on packing on the lean muscle! Hopefully around 5-7 pounds of it! Oh, and I want to try to count macros 5-6 days per week with 1 or 2 less strict days per week!
