Spicy food and ring sting

Can any one give me some advice on how to sooth ring sting, I had a subway salad with chilli peppers on it and I'm paying the price?

Do you have kids in the house? If so, there might be some Desitin or A&D lying around. Works wonders.

But remember to sit on it, not eat it.

Maybe just let the ring get used to it? I dunno... spicy food is worth the brown eye turning red for a time I say!

    Nope.

Ten years ago I grew some Habenero peppers, great stuff. I found a lot of ideas on how to turn down the heat while eating. Eat potatoes, carrots, dairy all great ideas on how to make the reaction less, worked great for the mouth. Did nothing for the rest of the system.

This is a thing? For real? I eat spicy food....ALOT. habaneros, ghost peppers, lots of hot sauce, etc...

Ive never heard of it actually hurting on the other end...just causing some diahrrea if you over do it.

I got in the habit of eating raw habaneros on my break at work (i work at a grocery store). It's definitely a real thing.
