Zig Zagging

I'm doing this not but want to try take a look at some online calculators have to say. Does anyone out there have a site they like?

    Calorie cycling, where you eat a different number of calories per day but average the same weekly amount. It's supposed to "trick" your metabolism into burning fat.

    I liked it when I did it about 5 yrs ago. It gets confusing changing your goal calories for the day.
    Obviously, it didn't work THAT well, or I wouldn't be here again. I just try to eat anywhere between 1200-1750...

    I want to try it according to Tom Venuto's methods in Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. I haven't put it into practice yet. I have heard great outcomes from peeps on his website, though.

    I always plan my meals ahead of time, so I think that especially with zigzagging that will be especially useful. I was thinking of doing the "high" days on my "rest" days from exercise. Anyone else do that?

    I've been saving my high cal days for my rest day or low cal burning days. I'm thinking this next week I'll do the opposite...just to see how things go.
