Hello!
This group is meant to be a support group for year 2016. We will support each other through rough times and celebrate all small victories.
We will weigh in monthly and set up goals for every month. There will be a new challenge every week.

    There are only few hours left of 2015 (9am right now where I live) and then our support group has an official start tomorrow, January 1st. You are welcome to join us! :)

    I want to join in! This sounds like just the group I need. I have tried MFP before but with no one to share and motivate with I seem to fall away. I would love to start this new journey in the new year with new friends/accountability buddies.
