needing baby kale with spinach recipes

I have a huge bag of baby kale and spinach and I was wondering if any of you had some easy recipes I can try. Thanks :)

    I'm going to make Italian wedding soup today with spinach since its what I have on hand. Have some lean ground beef too so Ill make the tiny meatballs with that. Add some chicken stock, carrots, a small amount of pasta.

    I've started tossing my cooked kale in a little bit of olive oil and English mustard... it's simple and delicious!

    soups, stir-fry, quinoa with the greens and extra chopped veggies, sauté and added to omelet/scrambled eggs etc
