Howdy! I'm not new to MFP, but new to the forum. This is my second go about. I've lost 40 lbs twice already, and I gained a lot of it back, so looks like I'll be doing it again. Good thing I'm a weight loss machine lol (anddd that rhymed.)
Plans: I am logging all my intake again. Trying to keep diet lean & green (plant-based foods and lean cuts of meat.) I will pay close attention to macros and nutrients. My number one thing is working out again, that made all the difference in the world and stopping was the reason why I gained. This time is going down in history as the last time! I'm ready... Lets go! Good luck to everyone on their fitness journey! Feel free to add me, I'm after that accountability
