Found a delish and quick good-fat breakfast:
1/2 avocado, diced
1 boiled egg, sliced
1/3 C plain Greek yogurt
1/3 C Trader Joe's fresh bruschetta
Salt and cracked pepper to taste.
The fresh bruschetta makes it for me, but you could use your fave salsa, too. Love this: filling, fresh and fast.

Thinking this may be breakfast in the morning thanks for the post. I plan on subbing a little salsa since i do not have the bruschetta in the house but i think that will be fine.0

Baked avocado eggs are damned yummy too, especially with a little chipotle tabasco
