Hello.
This is the first time trying this app, in the past ive never looked towards apps to help me with my fitness. This one works so well. This year is going to be massive, not just for me but for a lot of people. A new year gives you a fresh new start to make that massive change, for me, I would love to get fit and healthy and be able to have confidence in myself. I'm determined to make the change.

    wishing everyone a great 2016. For myself I will be sixty on 2 September....I hope to be sexy by sixty. I am not putting a number on the weight loss because any type of loss will be good.
