I am on a mission to get healthy and lose weight in 2016.
I am currently on a Low Carb/ Low Cholestrol Diet recommended by my doctor and a registered dietitian. I also enjoy walking, doing Zumba, and strength training.
I would love to add friends who are great motivators, and truly serious about a lifestyle change such as myself.
