I always put everyone else 1st. 2016 I am putting myself 1st. I'm excited to start this journey of getting healthy for myself.

    Hi Cathy. I saw your post and it hit home for me. I've lived my life the same way, putting work and everyone else 1st. My kids are now adults and it's time to get back to me. Congrats on making the decision to a better and healthier you. We can do this!!
