Can anyone share great recipes for smoothies? With or without protein powder? Any recipes that use PB2?

This guy has over 40 protein shake recipes, and i've tried atleast 5 or 6 and they have always been awesome!

As far as the pb2 I add mine in shakes, oatmeal, yogurt, etc.

My favourite is half of banana, some mango, strawberries and 200ml milk. If I drink it for breakfast I add oats to keep me full longer. For me everything with banana and berries is delicious, and some baby spinach goes great in it as well. If you like avocado you can try avocado, yogurt and berries. Just be careful with calories, because smoothies can go super high depending on what you use.

There are 2 smoothie concoctions I've done in the past that I really like. There both have a base of 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and 1 cup of almond milk. With that I would add the PB2 with a 1/2 banana (sometimes frozen, sometimes fresh. I've found the frozen gives it a "creamier" consistence) or another favorite would be a pear with a 1/2 banana.

Whenever I need the boost in protein I do use protein mix along with 1 cup of almond milk. I had QUITE a selection. Sometimes I'll spruce them up with a cup of berries, or whatever I have that's nearing the end of their life span.

I make a simple green smoothie for breakfast with 1 scoop (30)gram protein plain whey powder, 125g pineapple, 100-150g spinach, a handful of fresh mint, 150ml of coconut water and a few ice cubes.
The mint makes it very refreshing! It's high protein low cal etc.
Even if you don't like green smoothie try adding a bit of fresh mint to a berry smoothie, yumm!

I'll do Greek plain yogurt, milk and whatever fruit I have available and add 1T of ground flax seed.

I've been drinking the vanilla thrive shakes from level. I make them with bit of honey flavored island breeze brand almond milk. I add pb2 and either sugar free red raspberry preserves with ice or just some frozen raspberries. I'll usually throw in some chia seeds for the added health benefits without changing the taste. Tastes just like PB&J! Another good combo would be pb2, with banana and or chocolate.

I have been using shakes lately as a breakfast replacement/supplement. I use fruit and veggies then just some type of juice and a little water (no dairy). They have been delicious, light and filling! My diary should be open, if you look at the past 4 days there is a smoothie for breakfast! Good luck (we got a magic bullet for Christmas, been going a little crazy!)
