Hi,
I've been out of training for a few months now itching to get back into the gym. I've been weight training for some time now, however appear to have hit a brick wall, not knowing where to start. I want to spice things up as get bored easy.
I'm trying to find a weight training programme which I can carry out 3/4 times a week!
Any advise/tips would be much appreciated.
Thanks Hayley
