does any1 kno if the workout routines in magazines really work,havent tried 1 yet but thought bout it

    Too much info on the internet that is better. I find most of those are for toning not for cardio. Good luck.

    any exercise is GOOD exercise . . . find something you like so you will want to keep doing it is the key!

    Maybe..

    It totally depends on your goals, abilities, and fitness level. In my opinion, 'Women's Health' is by far the best fitness magazine in print.

    A lot of routines in magazines are those that top trainers use everyday with their clients, so yes, they work. I've done a lot of different exercises from Self and Shape magazine that my trainer has had me do in the gym either with different equipment or just in a different style...or in the exact same way as in the 'zine. So definitely try them out. The magazines know what they're talking about!
