Me too, I feel ya! What are your plans for getting on track? I need to eliminate junk food like candy bars, pizza and fast food. Currently my plan is adding in vegetables and fruits daily. I want to keep meat for dinner only, partly due to cost as well as health. Today I did well. I'm recovering from bronchitis so I'm gonna start exercising with yoga first then add in walks when I feel up to it. Lets do this!!!0
