Been using myfitnesspal and pacer for a while. love them both, but realised, if i am going to get serious about this, going to have to get a sweat on every day. so, 30 minutes a day of anything it is. rowing, cycling or a jog. going to get rid of 10kg by the end of march. here goes nothing...
