My favorite by far is the Assisted Pull up machine. I use that for a few reps every time I go to the gym (no matter if im doing weight or just cardio) and it has helped me so much! It tones both arms, and it tones my back and works on abs too. It is also really fun to use. SO, thats my FAVORITE!0

I have the bowflex selectech weights and I love them. They are a full set of weights, but take up so much less room than normal weights.0

My fav at the gym is the Captain's Chair, they don't have one at the gym I belong to now and I miss it so much!!! My fav at home would be my kettlebell0

I recently purchased an IFIT treadmill. I love it, I can Google walks and see street view all over the world or even join a race online. Its cool!!!0

This elliptical is amazing. It gives you little challenges and man you can just feel the burn..It's my absolute favorite0 -
I bought a Pacemaster treadmill and I love it. Went to a fitness store after looking at "Richard's" Sporting Goods and Sears and decided the quality was worth the price.
I bought a $500 New Balance stationery bike online. I absolutely HATE it. Don't ever buy equipment like that without trying it first.0 -
I can't really ever seem to get into "equipment." Or, at least stuff indoors. If my GPS watch counts as equipment, I love it.0

I don't belong to a gym... I babysit three toddlers and run with them all day and do ZUMBA on the Wii. I'm noticing definition on the top part of my abs but the bottom "pouch" is still there and I looked up effective exercises and the one that keeps coming up is the Captain's Chair... I have a deck and I am thinking using the corner to support myself will act sort of like one. Am I on the right track, or do you really need the chair?0 -
I have free weights 5lb and 10lb, bowflex sport, an elliptical machine, a pull up bar for a door and resistance bands. I use the bowflex at least 3 times a week, i use the free weights with my workout dvd. and the elliptical i try to use but i cant do more than 5 minutes still. All this stuff is things i have collected over the years every time i wanted to start getting fit but never went through with it.0
