I am ready for friends!

So I've been on MFP for the third time for about a month now, trying to re-discover the motivation that helped me lose 23 pounds in 2013. But life happened and I'm looking to straighten myself out because I hate how my clothes are starting to feel poorly fitted. It didn't help that I started a new office job where part of the culture involves lots of parties, as well as people bringing in food regularly, so I have fallen down the rabbit hole of donuts, cake, cookies and more, leading to a slow weight gain.

I turned 30 this past year and want my 30s to be a better decade than my 20s! Who's going to commit with me?

    I turn 40 in 8 days and have the same goal for my 40's that you do for your 30's. I've yo-yo dieted my whole adult life but I feel like this time it's different. I'm Stacy, nice to meet you.

    I feel like this app is already really encouraging me to do better. Logging what I eat is making me really see where I can make the changes.
