It takes time to record what I'm eating but I like the organized process. Yesterday was successful enough; skipped the rice at the party, skipped drinking, avoided extras, which is why I have the extras on my small frame. Extras. Ugh! I like to eat. Of course. But I look around and see it is a good idea to use my stop switch. Today is a new day, day 2, and I feel confident. Whether it's 10 or 110, it takes effort. Have a peaceful day.0
