Crossfit/lap band/50+/professional

So I have been fighting my weight since I had kids 25 years ago! I had lap band almost 10 years ago and it was pretty successful. Then I had a complication 3 years ago and left it unfilled. I have been searching for the perfect solution. I have accepted that weight loss for me is just going to be more challenging. I really only have 40 - 45 pounds to where I was before I had kids and I am not sure that would make sense for me now.

My friend got me into Crossfit which I am enjoying. My fitness level is way up. But I have noticed if I do it five days per week I am wrecked. So I am trying to make sure I do some exercise on other days. Goal this year is 4 days per week of Crossfit and some movement every day.

I reviewed data from national weight loss registry. 90% do an hour of exercise daily. Over 90% weigh themselves at least one time weekly. Over 90% basically monitor calories. I also read al rokers weight loss bio and was inspired.

My actionable goals:
1. Exercise daily. Crossfit 4 x/ week. Sunday I will schedule the above exercise in my calendar (busy professional)
2. Record my food daily in mfp
3. Weigh myself daily
