Hello, this is my first time trying out this app. I'm trying to lose a few pounds, I have to take steroids for lupus and they make me gain some weight. So I'm trying to lose some weight and keep my weight stable. Any help??

Welcome. I would say to start, make sure you are logging everything you eat so you can get a realistic idea of where you are starting and what changes you may need to make. as for exercise find something that challenges you but something you enjoy. You will be more likely to stick with it. Finally be patient, losing weight is not easy for any of us and it takes time. dont give up and you will get there0

Welcome to MFP. My advice would be to buy a food scale. It is really important to know how many calories you are eating. Good luck!0
